Parent Counselling

Parent counselling aims to give you emotional support as well as knowledge, guidance and strategies to navigate the ups and downs of parenting - whether it be parent-child relationship challenges, family conflict management, separation / divorce or grief & loss. Gaining the awareness of your own personal challenges, attachment, parenting style, boundaries and communication can help a parent to feel more balanced and equipped to manage emotions and household.

Play Therapy

Play therapy is a form of counselling or psychotherapy that uses play, sand and creative arts to help children and teenagers communicate their thoughts, feelings and experiences in a safe environment. Appointments take place virtually in an engaging and specifically designed play therapy interactive Telehealth platform, which is HIPPA compliant making it a safe location for child therapy sessions. This type of child therapy uses a psychotherapeutic approach primarily used to help children and adolescence between 4 to 16 years to resolve any issues that are blocking them from moving forward and living a happy, healthy and successful life.

​Play therapists help children and families cope with stress and a variety of emotional and behavioural issues. Many children and teenagers need help dealing with issues with anger, sadness or anxiety, divorce / separation, stress at home or at school as well as building relationships and learning to express themselves in a healthy, constructive way.

Each program we offer is a step-by-step process to help you heal emotionally, rebuild your confidence, and create a better future. Separation / divorce doesn’t have to define you.
